What we collect

For email-address requests, we collect your name, contact email and requested Pictou.net address. For Internet reservations, we collect your name, service address, postal code, contact information and any optional provider information you supply.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, administer a Pictou.net email service, evaluate demand, determine potential Internet serviceability and contact you about service at the address provided. A reservation is not an Internet service order.

Disclosure and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose only the information reasonably required to service providers working for us, to a prospective network provider when needed to qualify your address, or where required by law. We retain requests while they remain operationally relevant and protect them using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

Your choices

You may withdraw a line reservation or request access or correction by emailing privacy@pictou.net.
